Daily deliveries: we deliver flowers every day of the week (except Sundays, because - yuck - really), only taking occasional other days off. You'll be able to pick your delivery date at checkout. 

Locations: for daily blooms we currently only deliver in Woodcroft, Hallett Cove and surrounding suburbs. You are welcome to select pick-up at checkout and collect your arrangement from our studio in Woodcroft. For all event flowers of course delivery can be arranged.

Timing: we can’t guarantee exact delivery times but if you have a preferred window (e.g. school or work hours), please leave details in the notes at checkout and we’ll do our best.

Special instructions: gate codes, reception desks, “ring bell,” “call on arrival” - add any special instructions in the checkout notes.

If nobody’s home: our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe location (Authority to Leave).
​
Weather & theft: we will do our best to leave your flowers in a safe place but once delivered, we can’t take responsibility for weather damage or theft.
​
Apartments & secure buildings: please provide access info (entry codes/concierge). If access isn’t possible, a re-delivery fee may apply.
​
Business addresses: please include business name, floor, and department.
​
Hospitals/clinics: provide ward/room where possible.
​
Incorrect/insufficient address or delivery instructions: re-delivery fees may apply if we’re unable to complete delivery.

Delivery fees: calculated at checkout. Delivery is only available for Hallett Cove, Woodcroft and surrounding suburbs. Pick-up is free and available from our Woodcroft studio for everyone.
